Now that's a coffee cake! The Apple Streusel kicks it up a notch and gives it an additive flavour without making it sweet.

This is by far the best Orange Cake I have tasted. The extra \'dressing\' on top is pure Heaven. You are very talented and it shows in your products that you love doing this.

This is one of my favourite cakes prepared exclusively by our own Roland Moss.
Not just the quality and taste but the presentation is excellent.
Some of the other products which i have liked are Orange Olive cake and Lemon tarts.

I was so impressed with the carrot cake, it was delicious! I found that the Carrot cake has just the right amount of moisture, and unlike other carrot cakes that can be a little dry. I highly recommend this cake its perfect for entertaining, and or to have with your tea! I also thought the icing on the cake was really tasty!!

For an Anniversary Celebration in the office (50 people), we ordered Strawberry Shortcake and Lemon-Vanilla cake.
Beautiful to look at and absolutely delicious. Many people had 2 or 3 pieces. Our compliments to Roland.
